FZE focuses on both the low-mid volume opportunities (100 to 20,000 eau) and more specifically pursues "difficult" parts (parts that traditional machining sources shy away from). FZE also works with customers who understand the value of Value Stream concepts and the costs and problems associated with large inventory commitments with a long value stream.

FZE is comfortable responsible in a tier one position, involving itself and managing parts and assemblies from raw material purchase up to finished assembled and packaged components delivered to the point of use. As a result of these effective strategies, FZE has minimal impact from off-shore competition and in a number of cases has been awarded business that was previously sourced in India, China, Europe, South America and Mexico.
